HICI 

The mission of HICI is to preserve, strengthen, and share Hmong history, language, cultural arts, and traditions through education and promote cross-cultural understanding in our diverse communities.

Established in 1995, HICI was found based on Mr. Wang Seng Thao's passion for promoting Hmong culture, traditions, language, dance, arts, and peace and harmony within the Hmong community as well as among other communities. Since its inception, HICI has provided a wide range of services ranging from after school tutoring programs to weekend Hmong schools.

HICI currently operates Txuj Ci Hmong School at two locations: Stockton, CA and Elk Grove, CA.  Every week, Saturday schools are held with classes on Hmong language, culture, tutoring, traditional arts, folk music, and dance.
